Q: How damaged are these heads?

A: Actually they are not really "damaged" as we get these imported in large shipments and sometimes they have small feature defects like a small divots, a flattened nose or some small small dirt spots that could be easily removed with a everyday pencil eraser.

99.9% of them have absolutely NO Damage at all, but we simply do not have the resources to sort through them all to get the perfect ones, so we have simply label them "imperfect". Anything that is unacceptable or unusable is destroyed and NEVER sent to a customer.
