Shipping amounts on all items sold by 3rd Power Outlet vary from item to item. All shipping amounts are listed in the auction. Many items at 3rd Power Outlet have free shipping promotions. Feel free to take advantage of these whenever possible. You will see a marking that says FREE SHIPPING in any of those auctions. The shipping listed in every auction is the standard US flat shipping rate and is effective for physical addresses in the 48 contingent states.
3rd Power Outlet ships via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx ground to a physical continental US address, providing fast, traceable and insurable shipments (insurance is optionally available during your check out). The US shipping fees listed in the auction is for this service unless otherwise noted. The shipping is listed in the auction both at the top and at the bottom of the listing.
Oversized items, and heavy shipments over 3 lbs. are shipped via FedEx Ground shipping and are handled more carefully to insure safe delivery Tracking is available on these packages as well. These shipments are available to US customers shipping to a physical street address only.
3rd Power Outlet ships via USPS to PO Boxes and Military addresses for shipments under 3 lbs. at NO additional fees. Shipments that weigh over 3 lbs must ship via FedEx Ground. With heavy shipments there is an additional fee for Military addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico. Orders to the previous destinations can ship with any of the above methods depending on weight, location and price. The additional payment table is below.
Prices in this chart are in ADDITION to any listed shipping that is already in the auction. For example, if the shipping is free, just add the amount below.

All packages shipped via FedEx will recieve a separate tracking/shipping notice via e-mail automatically when your item ships. This notice will come directly from FedEx however, sometimes servers will reject the mail because it is automated. If you did not receive a FedEx tracking number and believe your item has shipped, please contact us with your shipping name and item/order number and we would be happy to retrieve it and forward it to you. Please note that the email address we have on record in our database to contact you with is the email address submitted with payment. This means if you have a different email for Paypal or any other marketplace, we will be contacting you at your email address used at checkout. If you would like an alternate email address to be your main contact with 3rd Power Outlet, please include that email during checkout.
We do combine shipping if the items are paid for in one payment. There is usually a standard discount of $2.75 off the shipping on each additional payment. This applies to any standard delivery in the continental United States. For PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, PR and International packages, we can give small discounts for combined shipping, but rates vary so contact a support representative so they can total up a discount for you. If you pay in separate payments, we cannot combine the shipping costs for lower rates. Please complete all your shopping before you make payments.
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pick-ups at this time. We are under contract with our warehouse to ship all items with them, since they handle, package, box, store and insure our products. You will find that addresses close to us get delivered via standard shipping in 1-3 days.
We do offer Expedited Shipping via FedEx Air. Upgrades in shipping may be selected and paid for at the time of purchase. This is available on most items. Items with Get It Fast via FedEx 2 day are listed all over our store.
Fees listed as "shipping" includes shipping, packaging, labor, storage, quality control and postage. Shipping as listed is NOT THE PRICE OF A STAMP ONLY. 3rd Power Outlet does charge different shipping and handling for each item we have listed. Many times we list items for free shipping, which means it does not cost 1 penny for shipping, handling or insurance. We take great care in making sure you are getting fair shipping and handling costs and the best deals anywhere on the web
If you are not getting the value you like, or think shipping is unfair in any way, please do not click buy it now.
Items are very carefully packaged by our trained service department. All items are shipped in satisfactory condition. 3rd Power Outlet would never ship an item that is damaged in any way, or even looks like it may be damaged. If you receive a package that is damaged and it was obviously done in shipment, please email us within 3 days of receipt so we can work on filing a shipping claim and getting you the item you ordered in the condition stated. If you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us ASAP. If your order has already been shipped and you received the shipping notice, there may be a fee assessed for the address correction. We can only correct addresses that are shipped via FedEx and UPS and it is not always possible to correct. If the item comes back to us due to incorrect address, we will ship one more time for a minimal charge in most cases. This only applies to physical addresses in the continental United States; all other address would be responsible to repay the shipping fee in order to get their item reshipped.
We ship all international packages via USPS although we reserve the right to ship with FedEx or DHL.
Please look at the bottom of the item page for shipping prices to international destination. If you do not see it listed, YOU MUST contact a support rep for an international shipping quote. If you feel the shipping charge is too high, please do not bid. International shipping can be pricy, so please understand that we do our best and we totally understand if it is not in your best interest to pay for an item with a very high shipping quote.
We state the selling price and actual description of the product on the customs documentation.
Please do not ask us to claim your item is a gift or reduce the amount of the selling price to help you avoid paying duties, taxes, and any other related fees. This is illegal and we can be bought up on charges for doing this. ZERO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS WHATSOEVER.
It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for all import duties and brokerage fees associated with the item. We do not make 1 cent off taxes and brokerage fees associated with international packages. These are fees charged by the government and cannot be negotiated. We will not reimburse any of these fees in any situation. Please contact USPS or your local customs office for more information on Brokerage and Customs fees.
3rd Power Outlet allow optional insurance for all at very low fees. Shipping insurance includes damaged packages on delivery, and non-receipt. We must be notified of damage to a package on delivery within 3 business days in order to file the insurance claim. Please note that insurance claims can take 2-4 weeks to process. In some cases we can expedite the process, but in most cases, it takes that much time to determine fault and get reimbursed by the insurance company so please be patient as we are working very hard to get any claim filed and paid as quickly as possible. 3rd Power Outlet does not drop ship items in most cases. All of our items are "in-house" and ready to ship. On rare occasions if an item is not in-stock you will be notified and compensated for the error with a 20% off code for your next order. Refunds on out of stock items will be processed expeditiously.
